ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines prohibited uses of the Lumivo AI platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"). It is part of our Terms of Service. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

The goal of Lumivo AI is to help professionals and businesses orchestrate high-quality content. We have zero tolerance for abuse, spam, or harmful content generation.

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT

You may not use the Services to generate, upload, or disseminate content that:

• Is Illegal: Promotes illegal acts, violates laws, or infringes on rights (including IP rights).
• Is Hateful or Harassing: Promotes violence, discrimination, hatred, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
• Is Sexually Explicit: Contains pornography, sexually explicit material, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Promotes Self-Harm: Encourages suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders.
• Spreads Misinformation: Intentionally spreads false information or conspiracy theories to deceive or manipulate public opinion.
• Contains Private Data: Exposes sensitive personal information (PII) of third parties without consent (doxing).

3. PROHIBITED ACTIONS (SYSTEM ABUSE)

• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover source code, prompts, or algorithms.
• Scrape: Use automated scrapers, bots, or spiders to extract data.
• Overload: Intentionally overwhelm infrastructure (DDoS) or bypass rate limits.
• Account Sharing: Share login credentials with third parties (except via permitted "Team" features).

4. SOCIAL MEDIA & AUTOMATION RULES

Since Lumivo integrates with X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Farcaster, you must adhere to their rules regarding automation:

• No Spam: Do not generate high-volume, low-quality, or repetitive content.
• No Mass Mentioning: Do not tag or mention large numbers of users without consent.
• Platform Compliance: Follow third-party platform Terms of Service:
  • X (Twitter) Automation Rules
  • LinkedIn User Agreement
  • Farcaster Community Guidelines

Warning: Violating these rules may result in suspension of your social media accounts. Lumivo is not liable for such suspensions.

5. AI SAFETY & GENERATION LIMITS

• No "Jailbreaking": Do not use prompts to bypass AI safety filters (e.g., DAN prompts, injection attacks).
• High-Risk Domains: Do not generate professional medical, legal, or financial advice without disclaimers that content is AI-generated.

6. UPLOADED DOCUMENTATION (RAG)

• You warrant that you have the right to use information in uploaded files (PDFs, docs).
• Do not upload files containing malware, viruses, or illegal material (e.g., stolen data).

7. ENFORCEMENT

We may investigate and take action against anyone violating this Policy, including:

• Removing or blocking content.
• Suspending or terminating accounts without refund.
• Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
