CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
1.1. How to Cancel
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard (Settings > Billing) or by contacting our support team.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- Access: You retain access to the Service and all paid features until the billing period expires.
- No Deletion: Cancelling does not automatically delete your account or data.
1.2. Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
2. REFUND POLICY
2.1. General Rule (No Refunds)
Generally, all payments are non-refundable. Refunds or credits are not offered for:
- Partially used months of service.
- Unused AI credits or generation limits.
- Accidental renewals (if you forgot to cancel before the renewal date).
2.2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Customers)
- Request refund within 7 calendar days of initial purchase.
- AI Usage Limit: Refunds are not available if you used significant resources (e.g., generated >20 posts or processed >5 documents).
- Applies only to the first billing cycle, not to renewals.
2.3. Technical Issues
If unable to use the Service due to technical errors on our end (e.g., platform down >24 hours), you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or service credit.
3. EU/UK CUSTOMERS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you generally have a right to withdraw within 14 days. However, by purchasing a digital subscription and immediately accessing the content/tools, you waive this right. Once the digital service has begun, you acknowledge that refunds are no longer available.
4. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
- Contact support (support@lumivoai.com) before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
- If a chargeback is filed, your account will be immediately suspended.
- If a chargeback is fraudulently won (e.g., "friendly fraud"), we reserve the right to ban your identity and billing details permanently and report the incident to fraud prevention databases.
